Victor Moctezuma is iLab’s Founder & CEO, a technology-based startups factory and innovation consulting laboratory for organizations, with a model of innovation and entrepreneurship designed together with the MIT Trust Center for Entrepreneurship. iLab develops IOT entrepreneurship projects forming skills to create products and sustainable business models, it´s goal is ensuring access to anyone who pursues solving a problem on a global scale and developing the solution and assembling the technology that will make it an entrepreneurial opportunity. With more than 20 years of experience; Victor has held leadership roles in companies such as Coca-Cola Femsa, The Coca-Cola Company, Kraft Foods, Pepsico Foods and Pepsico Beverages in different areas such as strategic planning and human resources, with responsibilities over Mexico and Latin America. Victor has been recognized as a fellow of Ashoka and Gifted Citizen by Ciudad de las Ideas, as a result of iLab’s impact on social mobility, he has been granted with the National Entrepreneurship Award by Mexico’s Presidency. He holds a degree in business Administration from the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Master in International Business Administration from the University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom, he graduated from the Advancement program of Management, Innovation, and Technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
