Nirjhor is the CEO of Bangladesh Angels, the country' first angel investment network to connect innovative startups with smart capital via individual and institutional investors.  Previously he was Country Director for ygap, a social business accelerator where he oversaw a network of early-stage ventures across the country. He started his career in Bangladesh by helping to scale a social enterprise in urban sanitation called SWEEP, which is now in 4 cities and has received impact investments and support from Skoll Foundation, DFID, Unilever, among others. Nirjhor studied at the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
